Dragon Ball FighterZ Features Super Saiyan Blue Goku & Vegeta, A New “What If” Story Mode

Bandai Namco revealed the latest in this week’s issue of Jump magazine that Dragon Ball FighterZ will have SSGSS Goku and Vegeta as well as a new “what if” story featuring super villain Android 16. [Thanks, Rykutya2089.]

In addition to Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta, Jump reveals that the upcoming fighter by Arc System Works will have a new “super high-end anime” story mode that depicts a “what if” story where Android 16 revives and goes after the Super Warriors.

It has also been confirmed that Android 18 will arrive as a playable character. She has a  special combo attack with Android 17, but so far it still remains unknown whether he’ll actually be playable.

 

There’s also an online 3-vs.-3 party match mode where players will get to team up in groups of 3 to go up against other players. Players will also get to switch out in real-time.
