Dragon Ball Fusions released in Japan in early August, and now it looks like the Nintendo 3DS game could be on its way to getting a localization. [Thanks, Gematsu.] The Advisory Rating Board of Brazil has recently given the game a rating, hinting that Fusions might be headed to countries outside of Japan. Dragon Ball Fusions is available in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS.
