Bandai Namco announced a Final Festival and 10th Anniversary patch for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 ahead of the third game based on the manga and anime‘s debut in 2027. It all starts with the update on October 27, 2026, and then continues with the activity on October 30, 2026. The Future Saga Chapter 4 will also get new Gallery of Time elements as part of the update.
The most details about the patch pertain to the Final Festival, as there’s a full trailer going over it. However, there are a few details about the other additions. After the patch debuts on October 27, 2026, that’s when there will be a Login Bonus for showing up, the Future Saga update, and unspecified costumes.
As for the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 10th Anniversary Final Festival event, we know a lot more. 25x the standard amount of Star Coins will be doled out for activities. Rare rewards will return, like certain costumes shown in the trailer. The Camaraderie Characters once it starts will be Fu, Trunks, and Supreme Kai of Time, and we can earn illustrations tied to them. General Reception will feature Festival of Universe fights with bonuses. We’ll also be able to get a commemorative medal or gi that can unlock Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 items if you use the same Bandai Namco ID for both it and this game.
