Another Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 character is on the way: Pride Trooper Toppo. (Who you might know as Top, as that’s his name in the Dragon Ball Super dub.) The Hakaishin Mode version of the character will appear, for people who might want to be the Destroyer. He’ll join in the Spring 2021 Dragon Ball Xenoverse update 12. While this is Toppo’s first playable appearance in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, his “look” is already in the game. If someone picked up Extra DLC Pack 1, which appeared in 2017, they could put on a Toppo Mustache and Pride Trooper Uniform.
If you happen to have the right service provider, you can get a refresher on who Toppo is right now. Adult Swim has Dragon Ball Super episode 82, “Goku Must Pay! The Warrior of Justice Top Barges In!” It lets you see Goku and Toppo fight it out.
Toppo won’t be the only character added. When this next Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update appears later this year, Pikkon will also join the game. There will also be new costumes, Extra Missions, Hero Colosseum figures, and Janemba as a CC Mascot.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. The Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update 12 that will add Toppo will appear in Spring 2021.
