The first title in the new wave of Dragon Ball Z games “bursts” into Japanese stores on June 5. Like Dragon Ball Z: Budokai before it Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit starts at the beginning of the Z series with kid Gohan and the Freeza saga. Dimps, the developer of the previous Dragon Ball Z fighting games, has a new fighting system and updated the visuals significantly. The result is a game that looks closer to the anime series and a stream of profit for Namco Bandai / Atari. Unlike the other Dragon Ball Z games Burst Limit is pretty import friendly, if you’re the owner of a region free PlayStation 3 you can pick it before Atari brings it to North America.
