Dragon Ball Card Warriors was announced right when Bandai Namco confirmed the Fall 2020 release window for the A New Power Awakens Part 2 add-on. People will be able to put together a main deck and an SP deck in this Dragon Ball Z Kakarot card game. You’ll then be able to play in Training Battle offline or go online for Casual, Ranking and Tournament Battles. The first two are available all the time, while the tournaments will be held once per month.

A rather comprehensive Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Dragon Ball Card Warriors trailer goes over deck building, match elements and the different online elements. As you might expect, it also provides opportunities to see what kinds of cards we’ll be able to collect and use in the minigame.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The Dragon Ball Card Warriors game will be added in a free update on October 27, 2020.
