Bandai Namco has shared a video interview with Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Bandai Namco Producer Ryosuke Hara and Cyberconnect 2Director Kazuki Kimoto from E3 2019. The two talked about what it was like to create a new game where people would have a better idea of Goku’s power and growth, as well as the three major things that make it different than other Dragon Ball games.

Hara pointed out the three major points starting at about one and a half minutes into the interview. It is fully immersive, letting someone really be Goku throughout the Z saga. The second is its action-RPG battle system, which has a PVE focus. Finally, the experiences Goku will have outside of battles, such as having meals with friends, talk with others, and fly through the air.
