Dragon Quest Builder’s Demo Is Now Available To Try Out In Japan

Dragon Quest Builders, Square Enix’s upcoming block-make RPG that is kind of like Minecraft but plenty of elements from the Dragon Quest series is now available to try via demo for PS4 and PS Vita.

The purpose of the demo is for players to get a feel of how the game plays, along with a look at the blocky world of Alefgard; however, save data from it won’t carry over to the full release of the game. You’ll need a Japanese PSN account to download the demo. A demo for the PlayStation 3 version won’t be available.

Dragon Quest Builders will release in Japan on January 28, 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
