Dragon Quest Swords sells big

Last week Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors was the number one selling game in Japan with over 350,000 units sold. This shouldn’t be much of a surprise since Dragon Quest games typically sell well, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker sold one million units and like Swords it is a spinoff too. While Dragon Quest Swords was not playable at E3, I have a copy of it and Siliconera is going to have hands on coverage of it in the near future.
