In Dragon Quest VII, our heroes learn that their island home isn’t all there is to the world. There’s more than just Estard. By going into ruins, they can reach new island. This allows them to expand the world. This new version will also apparently include new sidequests for us to take and extra minigames to go through. There is also the updated visual design for this new remake.

This isn’t the first remake of this title. The game first appeared on the PlayStation worldwide. Japanese mobile devices got it in 2015. But then, in 2013 in Japan, a 3DS release appeared. It showed up worldwide in 2016.
