Recommended Videos

Nintendo shared the latest on Square Enix’s Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King on Nintendo 3DS with a video showing more of Red, Morrie, and other new features.

The video starts with a quick look at Red and Morrie, two key characters from the original version of the game who will be playable in the 3DS version. It also shows how it won’t have random encounters, as well as a speed-up feature.

We’ll also get to take photos of our adventures and take on a brand new dungeon that was made for the new version.

Dragon Quest VIII releases in North America and Europe on January 20, 2017 for Nintendo 3DS. You can see more of what’s new in our earlier report.
