In Japan the Wii U Deluxe Edition has a different bonus. Instead of Nintendo Land, the Deluxe Edition includes access to the Dragon Quest X beta for the Wii U version. Famitsu Live said we’ll find out when that beta will begin and when Dragon Quest X will be available for Wii U on February 18. Nintendo says Dragon Quest X is slated for release in spring 2013.

The timing of the announcement is interesting since it’s two days before Sony Computer Entertainment will reveal the "future" of PlayStation.
