We recently learned that Dragon Quest XI is introducing a new horse racing feature as well as the traditional casino games like the roulette and slots. Here’s a look at new screenshots for the little “adventure detour” from the game’s official website.
There’s a certain country out there that races horses. You’ll get to participate in these races against known knights to see who is the best horse rider for a winning prize.
You’ll see jump stands, pumpkins, and various obstacles during the races.
Aim for the best records and sweet rewards.
By exchanging your Gold to Coins, you’ll get to participate in various activities at the casino, such as slots and roulette. By winning more Coins, you’ll get to exchange them for exquisite rewards.
Here’s a look at some of the casino features:
The slot machine has been there since the beginning of the series, and it wouldn’t be the same without them.
The game with five cards, Poker. If you choose to double up, you can win more coins.
The roulette is a simple game where you try to guess which number the ball stops on. This game allows you to go all-or-nothing.
Next up, here are some screenshots for quests. As a hero, it’s your duty to help troubled people, and the world is full of them. By helping them out, they’ll thank you with rewards.
Quests may also put you up against tough enemies.
Fans of the Dragon Quest series are definitely familiar with the “Small Medals” that can be found around the world. They say that you can collect these medals and exchange them for luxurious gifts from somewhere in the world.
Dragon Quest XI releases in Japan on July 29 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS. The game is also in development for Nintendo Switch.
