Famitsu has a pretty big scoop this week. The magazine revealed Drakengard 3 aka Drag-on Dragoon 3 is in development. The game will be an action RPG and two lead characters were introduced, according to an early leak from Tale Tale source.
Zero has a special power called Utautai and flowers grow from her right eye. Zero’s left hand is a prosthetic hand and she has a violent and reckless personality. One is the exact opposite of her sister, serious in nature and an intellectual.
Details about platforms and the developer (since Cavia was dissolved into MarvelousAQL) haven’t leaked online yet. We’ll update this post with more information.
Update: Drakengard 3 is a PlayStation 3 title. Players will fight battles on the ground. Zero’s power allows her to unleash magical attacks by singing. You can use Utautai song powers when you bathe in blood which pushes your fighting power to the limit. An earlier version of the story mentioned One had a prosthetic left hand, but that’s actually Zero
