Dusty Raging Fist Is The Next Brawler From The Creators Of Final Fantasy VII: Re-Imagined

Did you play Final Fantasy VII: Reimagined? If you’d like more from the Singapore-based studio that created it then you can now support its next game over on Kickstarter. It’s a fast-paced brawler called Dusty Raging Fist.

Dusty Raging Fist is actually a prequel to developer PD Design Studio’s Dusty Revenge. It has the same anthropomorphic characters (but they’re younger) and retains the combo of brawler with tactical support combat (you can command characters to give sniper or cannon support).

However, the old engine of Dusty’s Revenge has been dropped in this sequel to use Unity 3D instead to allow for several improvements. One of those is allowing for up online co-op.

The story this time around sees Dusty, Kitsune and Darg tasked with obtaining elemental powers – which enhance your attacks – from the Guardians to fight against a dark and ancient evil that resides in the Catacombs.

PD Design Studio are looking for $60,000 to develop Dusty Raging Fist for Windows and Mac. You can vote for it on Steam Greenlight too.
