Dynasty Warriors 8’s Treasure Is A Glowing Crystal With Wang Yuanji

Tecmo Koei makes limited edition Treasure Boxes for most of their Warriors games. Dynasty Warriors 8’s package include a soundtrack CD, art book, and this 3D crystal that changes colors. LEDs in the stand illuminate Wang Yuanji and Zhao Yun.

I wonder if Tecmo Koei got this idea from their new subsidiary Gust. The three games in the Arland trilogy had crystal paperweights as limited edition bonus items.

The Dynasty Warriors 8 treasure box costs 13,440 yen ($151) and comes out along with the game on February 28.
