Koei Tecmo has announced the next Dynasty Warriors game for North America and Europe. Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden will be released outside Japan as Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers. The strategic-RPG will available via the PlayStation Store on January 31, 2017 in North America and February 1, 2017 in Europe.

 

In Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers, Zhao Yun and Lei Bin, a new character who’s a childhood friend of Zhao Yun and very into history, come upon a frozen shrine. There, they set free a young woman named Lixia who has magical abilities. The three then go through the Han dynasty’s events, attempting to learn more about Lixia while also dealing with the Three Kingdoms’ battles.

 

Koei Tecmo has released Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers announcement and gameplay trailers to accompany the localization news.

 

 

Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden appeared on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita in Japan on August 3, 2016.
