Eastasiasoft Showcase Promises 15 New Games in Early 2023

The latest showcase from Eastasiasoft unveiled 15 games that will be released within the first six months of 2023, including the Switch ports of cult classics Mugen Souls and Rainbow Skies. While the majority are earmarked for release within early 2023, there will be six releases from the Hong Kong-based developer and publisher between January and February.

Here is the full list of games and platforms announced in the showcase:

  • January 12: Burrow of the Fallen Bear (Switch, PS4, PS5)
  • January 18: Wings of Bluestar (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • January 25: Sissa’s Path (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • February 1: Albacete Warrior (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • February 8: The Redress of Mira (PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • February 15: Pocket Witch (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Spring 2023: Mugen Souls (Switch)
  • Early 2023: Ayre and the Crystal Comet (PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Early 2023: Cions of Vega (PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Early 2023: EchoBlade (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Early 2023: Hyper-5 (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)

Compared to the Eastasiasoft End of Summer Showcase, there are few fewer titles with definitive release dates. However, there is a mix of current-gen ports including the aforementioned Mugen Souls and new IP, such as Hot Blood.
