Egyptian And Other Myth Forms The Backbone Of Visual Novel Black Sands

Influenced by Egyptian Myth, Canaan Myth, Mesopotamian Myth, Greek Myth, and Kushite Myth, visual novel Black Sands has players leading their people to victory against ancient gods.

Players will act as Ra, a demi-god who will be the leader a group of figures who are challenging the gods. As such, players must make decisions on who is most capable to complete a given mission or action, what powers should or should not be used, and whether or not to betray a close ally. Whether through fear or honor, it is up to the player to choose how to win.

The first issue, which reveals the villains of the story, is available now on the game’s site. Another villain will be introduced in a later issue.
