The main bugs listed in the patch notes included misbehaving cutscenes, sound effects, and several issues with the Golem Fist weapon. Some other issues include players being unable to use ashes in certain parts of a boss arena, some spells not working when cast in quick succession, and a talisman effect not applying to throwing weapons. There are also several suggested fixes aimed at improving performance including disabling Ray Tracing in the PC version, which has caused some performance issues.

Back in September, 2024, Torch Torch revealed several new pieces of Elden Ring merchandise including an intricate statue of Ranni the Witch and several jewelry pieces. That same month, Bandai Namco and FromSoft released a patch making the final boss of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion easier to beat.

Elden Ring Patch 1.15 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Both the base game and the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion are available now on those same platforms.
