Elder Scrolls IV (finally) coming to Japan

This article is over 17 years old and may contain outdated information

While it seems like it takes forever for RPGs to come out in North America, Japan has to suffer through delays too. Most of the world has been enjoying Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for over a year now and the recent released Shivering Isles expansion pack. Spike, the company publishing No More Heroes, is handling localizing the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and they have it scheduled to come out on July 26, 2007.Publishing Western games in Japan is part of Spike’s new business plan. In 2006 they localized Tomb Raider: Legend, X-Men the Official Game, True Crime: Streets of New York, and Prey. At this rate Spike is fast becoming a niche publisher of Western games instead of the studio known for making Necro-Nesia.
