Earlier this year, Circle Entertainment announced it would localize the 13 chapter Petit Novel: Harvest December for the Nintendo 3DS. Originally released for Windows PCs back in 2007, installments appeared periodically in the Japanese eShop. The English translations were completed back in August, and it’s now available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
Harvest December covers a year in the life of Masaki Konno and his new friends in Tagami, a small country town. They go about their daily lives, fall in love, and sometimes experience unpleasant or unnatural situations. After all, a god is supposed to live in the town.
It’s also rated “Mature,” due to content found in some of the stories, and is the second “M” rated visual novel on the Nintendo 3DS. (Hakuoki is the first.)
In Japan, each one of Harvest December’s 13 chapters was released in monthly bursts, since each one covers a month in the character’s lives. Here, all 13 chapters are immediately available in one package for $13.99.
