Like many Atlus games, Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth will be receiving a launch edition. This means people who pre-order or pick up a launch copy will receive some enjoyable extras for their efforts. The bonuses are rather typical this time around, as you get an art book and music with your game.
The Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth launch copy items aren’t as robust as versions included in collector’s editions, but they still are great bonuses for fans. The art book is 24-pages long and features Yuji Himuka character and concept art. The CD includes six songs from the soundtrack that were composed by Yuzo Koshiro.
In addition to the Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth launch edition reveal, a trailer looking at the Dragoon Earthlain class was released. This is a tank role a human character can take to protect the party. When it levels up, it can choose between defensive or offensive forms.
Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth will come to the Nintendo 3DS in Fall 2017.
