Etrian Odyssey V’s Pugilist Packs A Punch

Ready for another Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth trailer focusing on a character class? Atlus has released one for the Pugilist. This is one of the Earthlain starting classes and seem a little similar to the Monks from Etrian Odyssey III, since they are frontline fighters relying on fisticuffs.

Pugilists are about power. They deal out major attacks. Should someone put the time in, they can go with one of two focuses. The Barrage Brawler focuses on combo attacks that hit multiple times, while an Impact Brawler will sacrifice health for more powerful attacks. Some of the skills shown in the video are One-Two Punch, Concussion, Arm Crusher, Low Blow, Blood Wrath. Overexertion, Thunder Fist, and Devil’s Fist.

Previous Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth class trailers include ones for the Hound, the Dragoon, the Warlock, Fencer, the Masurao. and the Botanist.

Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth will come to the Nintendo 3DS in North America on October 17, 2017. The European release date has yet to be announced.
