Sega announced during their TGS 2019 stage event that a collaboration with Neon Genesis Evangelion is coming to Phantasy Star Online 2 this winter in Japan with Eva pilot costumes and more. Check out the trailer for the Phantasy Star Online 2 X Evangelion collaboration: The collaboration in commemoration of the final Evangelion film Evangelion 3.0+1.0 that is set to release in June 2020. In addition to a limited-time decorated Arks Ship for the event with a massive Eva Unit-01 display, it’ll come with costumed based on the Plugsuits that the Eva pilots wear. More information on the Evangelion X Phantasy Star Online 2 collaboration will arrive on the next PSO2 Station broadcast on October 5, 2019. The collaboration arrives in Japan this winter. Phantasy Star Online 2 is available in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game heads West in 2020 for Xbox One and PC.
