An Evangelion wedding ring has appeared, and it will cost Â¥110,000 (about $954). The ring’s design is based on the Spear of Gaius from the Evangelion 3.0+1.0 film. Purchases are open via the U-Treasure website, with orders open until December 31, 2030. Shipping will take approximately 8 weeks.

The rings are made of platinum and come in a variety of sizes. It’s important to note that sizing standards differ from country to country, so the size numbers listed on the U-Treasure website may not be the same in other countries. The width of the band itself ranges from 2.7mm to 6.1mm, and the thickness is between 1.5 to 2.7mm. You can also choose to add an engraving of your choice. As long as it’s under eight symbols total, you can engrave anything from Japanese symbols to the alphabet, periods, and ampersands.

The Spear of Gaius is a new weapon that appeared in Evangelion 3.0+1.0. Fittingly, the spear represents the will of humankind, similar to how the Spear of Longinus represents “despair” and the Spear of Cassius represents “hope.” The wedding ring incorporates the Spear of Gaius’ three-pronged design. U-Treasure states that the ring can be used both as an engagement ring as well as a wedding band.
