Ever Oasis Overview Trailer Shows Our Tethru’s Beginnings

In Ever Oasis, players will be controlling a Seedling. This is a special sort of being that comes to life upon reaching an oasis and is responsible for creating, growing, and preserving the special place. In a new Overview trailer, we get a glimpse at the life of an example Tethu, showing the Seedling as it comes to the oasis, is “born” after meeting Esna the Water Spirit, and begins to make the oasis a thriving community.

The Ever Oasis trailer then goes on to show daily life at the oasis. New residents will appear and open their hearts, causing Bloom Booths to open. These are essentially businesses that also act as homes for the new residents. Wandering visitors may also tell Tethu about nearby enemies and dungeons that need to be visited to stop bad guys, collect treasures, find crafting materials, and discover allies. It will also be necessary to fight any enemies that would dare threaten the peace of the oasis.

Ever Oasis will come to the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe on June 23, 2017.
