With the launch of Shinji Mikami’s The Evil Within 2 this week, a launch trailer has arrived to help people better understand the position Detective Sebastian Castellanos is in. After the events of the first game, he lost it all. His job is gone, his daughter is dead, and nobody believes what he went through. But The Evil Within 2 begins with hope.

His daughter, Lily, is not dead. Mobius used her to create Union, a STEM world. However, it is a dangerous and horrifying place. He needs to step into this dangerous world, survive, and save his daughter. There are Casual, Survival, and Nightmare difficulty levels, so people of various skill levels can enjoy this thriller.

The Evil Within 2 will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 13, 2017 in North America and Europe. It will come to Japan on October 19, 2017.
