Excavating Fossils Takes Patience, Even In A 3DS Game

Before you can get into Vivosaur vs. Vivosaur battles, you have to excavate fossils in Fossil Fighters: Infinite Gear. The 3DS game has players chip away at a fossil by tapping the touch screen. You can use a hammer to remove large pieces and the drill for more precise cleaning. Fossil excavation is timed and you get points on how well you take care of the fossil.

Fossil Fighters: Infinite Gear comes out on February 27 for Nintendo 3DS.
