Square Enix’s upcoming command-based smartphone RPG, Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia, was delayed due to some bug fixes last month, but the company says to expect word next month for its launch in Japan.

According to the latest update, the reason for the delay was to further improve the quality of some parts of the game, but this has already been completed and they’re currently checking its quality as they aim to announce its launch date in January 2017.

So far we’ve seen confirmed characters such as Sephiroth, Shantotto, Squall, Eiko, Vanille, Ace, Galuf Halm Baldesion, and the ones shown in the above image. You can check out its announcement trailer in our earlier report.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia is in development for iPhone and Android.
