Mediatonic announced the Fall Guys season 2 start date. It’s actually a day later than people might expect too. While the first season will end on October 6, 2020, the official Twitter account confirmed the second will kick off on October 8, 2020.
There’s also a bit of a bonus for people during that break. During the gap on October 7, 2020, people will have a chance to earn twice as much Fame as usual. Fame is the non-crown currency in-game, which can be put toward cosmetic items like costumes, face plates, bean colors, color schemes, and emojis. Regardless of how you perform during a Fall Guys match, you will always earn some Fame for your troubles.
With the second season of the game, Fall Guys will be going medieval. The cosmetics will include outfits inspired by dragons, mages, and warriors. The rounds will also follow the theme, with castles showing up in the matches. This also means a whole new pass with cosmetics to earn as you play.
There will also be an Interface feature added alongside the Fall Guys update. A video showed how it will add the ability to choose your banner and nickname for your avatar.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available for the PlayStation 4 and PC. The Fall Guys season 2 start date is October 8, 2020.
