More new Final Fantasy VII merchandise will appear in Japan, and they will feature Red XIII and Cait Sith. Square Enix has opened pre-orders for tissue boxes and sleeping eye masks modeled after both characters’ heads in the country.
The eye masks will come with an individual price tag of 3,850 yen (~$29), while the tissue boxes will cost 4,950 yen (~$37) each. Square Enix will produce the items with soft, fluffy materials to comfort the users.
At the same time, Square Enix also put up a new page for a backpack emblazoned with the Shinra Company logo. The black bag will be available at 21,780 yen (~$165).
Square Enix has been releasing many Final Fantasy VII-related merchandise to celebrate the title’s 25th anniversary. Other items it has revealed previously range from Cloud Strife pin badges to a Shinra Company umbrella. A new Bring Arts figure of Cloud will also come with a couple of unique NFTs for every purchase.
Final Fantasy VII originally appeared on the original PlayStation in 1997. Square Enix launched Final Fantasy VII Remake in 2020 as a remake of the Midgar arc.
