FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 Ticket Sales Involve a Lottery

It seems people interested in buying a FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 ticket won’t be guaranteed to get one, as Square Enix announced there will be a lottery. Rather than outright buying one for the Las Vegas, Nevada event, active players can apply for a chance to buy one and attend. People can sign up for a chance to get one between February 17-25, 2023. Those picked can purchase one between March 6-13, 2023. General sales will open after that.

Here’s how it will all work. The Player-Exclusive Ticket Purchase Application for FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 is now open online. Someone must have an active North American Square Enix account and game subscription to register there. If they are picked, an access code will be sent to their email on March 3, 2023. Then, on March 6, 2023, they can head to Showclix to purchase up to two tickets for $199.99 each for the event. That will get you in for both days and a goody bag.

If any tickets are left after the FFXIV Fan Festival 2023 player lottery ends, then there will be a General Sales Period. There’s no end-date for that, should it happen. However, there will still be a two-ticket limit on purchases.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. The FFXIV Fan Festival will be held July 28-29, 2023. The Player-Exclusive Ticket Purchase Application lottery is open now, ahead of sales running February 17-25, 2023.
