In order to take part in Heavensturn when the FFXIV New Year’s 2023 event begins, you’ll need to head to X:11.5, Y:13.9 in Limsa Lominsa’s Upper Decks. There, you’ll find Usagi Bugyo waiting for you. If you are at level 15, you can check in to get a Box of Fortune.

This means a chance to get five special items. One is a furnishing. That’s the Heavensturn Crane Banner. There will also be an outfit to put together. You can combine the Heavensturn Domaru, Haidate, Kote, and Sune-ate for a new look.

Here’s a closer look at the clothing and scroll.
