Square Enix dated the next Final Fantasy XIV presentation. The company announced that during the second day of the Digital Fan Festival 2021, the FFXIV Letter from the Producer LIVE LXIV will be held. It will appear at 7pm PT/10pm ET on May 15, 2021/2am GMT on May 16, 2021. In addition to the producer participation, Main Scenario Writer Natsuko Ishikawa will be a special guest. Square Enix didn’t offer direct links to the presentations as of yet. Past Letter to the Producer LIVE streams appeared on NicoNico, Twitch, and YouTube.
FFXIV Letter from the Producer LIVE LXIV will also be an inclusive installment. While some of these presentations only have slides with text in both English and Japanese, this full stream will be translated. The Lodestone confirmed there will be a live English translation for the Patch 5.55 news and Ishikawa Q&A.
As for submitting questions, people will be able to go through the official forums. A thread is already open. While it isn’t guaranteed Ishikawa might answer all questions there, people are allowed to ask one question at a time and post more than once. People were asked to also like questions similar to their own, for the sake of brevity.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4 and PC. The PlayStation 5 open beta will begin April 13, 2021. The FFXIV Letter from the Producer LIVE LXIV will be held at 7pm PT/10pm ET on May 15, 2021/2am GMT on May 16, 2021.
