Patch 7.5 is in the works for Final Fantasy XIV, and Square Enix confirmed the first FFXIV Letter from the Producer Live XCI (91) stream discussing it will air at 4am PT/7am ET on March 13, 2026. Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio “Foxclon” Murouchi will discuss things to come for players. The official reveal didn’t note if it will only be in Japanese or if there will be English subtitles or translations.
There will be three places you can turn to in order to see this presentation. Square Enix will air it on Niconico, Twitch, and YouTube, and the Niconico and YouTube placeholders are already live. It’s uncertain how long it will be. We do know it will only be the start of FFXIV 7.5 coverage, as the announcement confirmed it will discuss things coming in “Part 1.” Other news related to the game will come up, which could mean an update on things like the Nendoroids.
In the meantime, there’s still more to come from FFXIV 7.4 before we get into 7.5. The 7.45 update will arrive on March 3, 2026. A new Merchant’s Tale Variant Dungeon will be available to explore after that update. We’ll also spend more time with Hildibrand again in Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures. There’s also the 2026 Little Ladies Day event running while we wait until March 12, 2026.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the FFXIV 7.5 Letter from the Producer Live XCI (91) will appear at 4am PT/7am ET on March 13, 2026.
