FFXIV The Rising Event Adds Rising Phoenix Mount

Square Enix announced the FFXIV The Rising event. It will begin on August 27, 2023. This is an event specifically designed to celebrate the MMORPG’s anniversary. Those who participate will get a Rising Phoenix mount to use in FFXIV, as well as new items for their home. People will have plenty of time to get them, as the event will run until 6.5 appears in October 2023.

To start The Rising in FFXIV, people will need to head to Ul’dah – Steps of Nald. Kipih Jakkya is waiting at X:10.1, Y:8.7. If you’re at level 15 or higher, you can start her quest. The Raven reporter needs your help with the “Siblings Rising” quest. There will also be a vendor in-game selling some past The Rising items.

These are the four items you can earn during The Rising 2023.

  • ”The Land Reborn” Orchestrion Roll
  • ”Pom from the Heavens” Orchestrion Roll
  • The Rising Advertisement
  • Rising Phoenix Whistle

Here are the Rising Phoenix mount and The Rising Advertisement wall-mounted decoration you can earn during the event:

It seems this Rising Phoenix mount may match the Phoenix Riser equipment we could earn during the FFXIV Moonfire Faire. That will run in-game until August 26, 2023. So almost immediately after one event ends, another will begin.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. The Rising will be available in FFXIV from August 27, 2023 until patch 6.5 arrives in October 2023.
