NPC Studio announced the fourth major update for Fields of Mistria will debut at the end of this month and unlock the secret bachelorette character. She’ll show up on February 23, 2026, and depending on your progress with the mines storyline, you might not need to spend too much time unlocking her. This also seems to be the last big update before the 2026 1.0 release and ensuing additions after that.
The secret bachelorette is one of the biggest additions in this update. She’ll be available to actually date, just like Caldarus was the focus of the March 2025 update. Up to her eighth heart event will be available. Since she’s also tied to the mines, we’ll be able to finish that adventure and storyline, entering its last biome, fighting its new monsters, and finishing the Runes Seal Quest.
There are a handful of other additions. In town, there will be more Request Board quests, more Museum sets, a new Lost and Found Quest, and some more bugs and fish. We’ll be able to set up apiaries and terrariums on our farm, get more Skill Perks, have more pet appearance choices, and get more furnitures and accessories.

Here’s the teaser trailer for the fourth major update for the game. It doesn’t show too many of the additions. Instead, it only shows a player’s Fields of Mistria avatar working alongside the Priestess secret bachelorette. While this is the first time we’ll see her true self, she does show up as a prominent NPC throughout the mines storyline.

Fields of Mistria is in early access for PCs, the fourth major update appears on February 23, 2026, and the 1.0 launch is set for 2026.
