Fight For The Future Of Shin Megami Tensei IV’s Tokyo And Defeat A DLC Superboss

Atlus is still releasing downloadable content for Shin Megami Tensei IV. Players can equip their protagonist with Shining Garments, a 200 yen ($2) paid DLC costume. Another mission, the Future of Tokyo, involves characters from earlier Shin Megami Tensei games.

If you played Soul Hackers or Persona 4 you may remember Masakado as a demon you can summon. In Shin Megami Tensei IV, Masakado is the Guardian of Tokyo and in the Future of Tokyo DLC quest you have to defeat Masakado. Steven, a computer programmer from the first Shin Megami Tensei, gives players the quest. Steven (shown with glasses and a red jacket) moves around in a wheelchair and gives players clues in Shin Megami Tensei IV. This extra quest costs 400 yen ($4).
