imageApologies, from Square Enix, if you were hoping to explore Eorzea. After discovering critical bugs, Square Enix postponed the Final Fantasy XIV open beta hours before launch. An open beta is still planned, but a date was not announced.

Final Fantasy XIV is still on track for a September 22 launch when the collector’s edition arrives in stores. A standard edition without a travel journal and digital Onion Helm is scheduled to arrive on September 30.
