Final Fantasy XIV Visited By A Time-Traveling Heroine In FFXI Collaboration Event

With Final Fantasy XI’s main scenario, Rhapsodies of Vana’diel, drawing to a close, Final Fantasy XIV is holding a special in-game collaboration event which will blend the worlds of the two Final Fantasy MMOs.   Announced on Final Fantasy XIV’s Developer’s Blog, the event, “A Journey To Remember,” will begin on November 11th and feature Iroha, the main heroine from Rhapsodies of Vana’diel. She has traveled from the future where the world has been consumed, and is determined to stop Vana’diel from continuing down the road toward its destruction.   Adventurers who assist Iroha in her quest to save Vana’diel from its doomed fate will receive the “Amatsu” equipment which is similar to Iroha’s armor. Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PC, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4.
