Final Fantasy XV’s “Death” Spell Allows Noctis To Go Sith Lord On Monsters

The “Death” magic isn’t anything new to the Final Fantasy series, but it’s a little more unique in Final Fantasy XV, and it involves using the Ring of the Lucii.

The video was revealed during the Final Fantasy XV presentation at TwitchCon 2016, where we got to see the Death magic, a powerful spell granted by the Ring of the Lucii that drains the HP out of enemies. The longer the spell is active, the more it’ll physically deteriorate the enemy, as demonstrated on a variety of monsters in the video. We also got a reveal of the fearsome Bandersnatch as well.

Final Fantasy XV releases on November 29, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
