Square Enix producer Shinji Hashimoto revealed in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that they’ll soon announce plans for the Final Fantasy series’ 30th anniversary. [Thanks, Hachima.]
According to Hashimoto, the “Real Escape Game x FF14 “Escape From Bahamut’s Grand Labyrinth,” which opens in February 2017, won’t be the only thing they have planned for the 30th anniversary.
Hashimoto said in his comments from the developers for 2017 that they’ll make an announcement for Final Fantasy’s 30th anniversary plans sometime in the coming days, so please look forward to it.
