Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave characters Alexandra, Catania, and Io are now playable characters in Fire Emblem Heroes. All three appear on the new Ninja Boot Camp banner and in the new Paralogue stages. This is the latest installment in a yearly themed event with alts, Tempest Trials, and Paralogues like Ninja of Time, Family Ninja Class, and Wyvern Ninja. The banner is live now and ends on December 7, 2026.
With the Ninja Boot Camp banner there is no four-star focus, which means we can only get themed, five-star versions of Anna, Engage’s Ivy, and Fortune’s Weave’s Io and Alexandra with Catania in Fire Emblem Heroes. Alexandra and Catania are the Duo Unit for this banner, and they’re a red Flier wielding a sword whose Duo Skill allows them to act again, re-enables Canto, and gives them Special cooldown -4. Io is a green, axe-wielding cavalry unit and Rearmed Hero, which means you can have someone inherit his Arcane Nin-Axe weapon once without losing him in the process. Anna appears as a colorless, ranged, infantry style unit and Aided Hero. Finally, Ivy is a blue tome user and flying unit.
Here’s the official trailer that shows all of the characters and highlights certain elements of their movesets in Fire Emblem Heroes. We see the clip of Io from Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave at the 2:18 mark, and the segment looking at Alexandra with Catania comes up at the 5:32 point of the video.
The first Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave characters to show up in Fire Emblem Heroes were the Flame Lords Cai, Dietrich, Leda, and Theodora and player character Eshmel.
Fire Emblem Heroes is available on Android and iOS mobile devices and Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave can be found on the Switch 2.
