More residents of Garreg Mach will be joining the Order of Heroes. Fire Emblem Heroes Flayn, Shamir, Catherine, and Seteth units will join the game on October 19, 2020 as part of the Goddess’ Servants banner. Book IV Chapter 12, Triandra’s Dream, will also be available that day and involve all four characters as new opponents to face, and the new Forging Bonds event will run from October 19, 2020 until November 1, 2020.
Fire Emblem Heroes Catherine: Thunder Knight
Catherine is voiced by Laura Post, and her art was drawn by PenekoR. She’s a sword-wielding infantry unit.
Here are her five-star, fully leveled skills:
- Thunderbrand: Mt: 16, Rng: 1. Grants Spd+3. At start of combat, if foe’s HP≥50%, grants Atk/Spd+5 during combat, neutralizes effects that prevent unit’s follow-up attacks during combat, and also, if foe initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack.
- Dragonic Aura: Boosts damage by 30% of unit’s Atk.
- Swift Sparrow 3: If unit initiates combat, grants Atk+6, Spd+7 during combat.
- Lull Spd/Def 3: Inflicts Spd/Def-3 on foe and neutralizes foe’s bonuses to Spd/Def (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat.
Fire Emblem Heroes Flayn: Playing Innocent
Flayn is voiced by Deva Marie Gregory, and her art was drawn by Kousei Horiguchi. She is a healer and flier unit.
Here are her five-star, fully leveled skills:
- Caduceus Staff: Mt: 14, Rng: 2. Calculates damage from staff like other weapons. Reduces damage from foes’ attacks during combat to allies within two spaces by 30%.
- Rescue+: Rng: 1. Restores HP=50% of unit’s Atk (min 8 HP) to target ally. Unit moves 1 space away from target ally. Ally moves to unit’s previous space. If unit or ally cannot move to the target space (if another ally or foe is occupying the space), unit and ally will not move. Using this skill has no effect on Special cooldown charge and unit does not gain EXP or SP. (This skill is treated as a movement skill only when movement takes place.)
- Deluge Balm+: When healing an ally with a staff, grants Spd/Res+6 to all allies for 1 turn.
- Dazzling Staff 3: Foe cannot counterattack.
- Ground Orders 3: At start of turn, grants the following status to adjacent infantry, armored, and cavalry allies for 1 turn: "Unit can move to a space adjacent to any ally within 2 spaces."
Fire Emblem Heroes Seteth: Seiros Adherent
Seteth is voiced by Mark P. Whitten, and his art was drawn by Okuma Yugo. He is a spear-wielding flier. He is also the one unit in this group also available as a four-star unit.
Here are his five-star, fully leveled skills:
- Spear of Assal: Mt: 16, Rng: 1. Grants Spd+3. If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+4 to unit during combat and neutralizes foe’s bonuses to Atk/Spd (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat. Grants Atk/Spd+4 to allies within 2 spaces during combat.
- Swap: Unit and target ally swap spaces.
- Brazen Atk/Spd 3: At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≤ 80%, grants Atk+9 and Spd+10 during combat.
- Drive Atk 2: Grants Atk+3 to allies within 2 spaces during combat.
Fire Emblem Heroes Shamir: Archer Apart
Shamir is voiced by Allegra Clark, and her art was drawn by Maeshima Shigeki. She is a green infantry archer.
Here are her five-star, fully leveled skills:
- Survivalist Bow: Mt: 14, Rng: 2. Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count –1). Effective against flying foes. If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 during combat, and also, if foe’s HP≥80% at start of combat, foe cannot counterattack.
- Moonbow: Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat.
- Atk/Spd Solo 4: If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+7 during combat.
- Null Follow-Up 3: Neutralizes effects that guarantee foe’s follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit’s follow-up attacks during combat.
- Rouse Atk/Spd 3: At start of turn, if unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit for 1 turn.
Fire Emblem Heroes is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. The Fire Emblem Heroes Flayn, Shamir, Catherine, and Seteth banner will run from October 19, 2020 until November 5, 2020. As this is a New Heroes banner, there is a spark function where you get to pick which one of the four units you want after summoning 40 times on this banner.
