Fire Emblem Heroes Gets Child Units of Awakening Characters

Nintendo announced that child versions of older characters are returning to Fire Emblem Heroes, and this time they come from Fire Emblem Awakening. The male version of Robin, Emmeryn, Lissa, Frederick, and a duo unit that includes the female version of Robin and Chrom will appear once the banner debuts on April 5, 2024.

Four of these units will be available via the Double Vision banner. Robin, Emmeryn, Lissa, and Robin with Chrom will all appear as five-star units, with Lissa also showing up as a four-star. Frederick will only be available via Tempest Trials+ as a four and five-star unit.

For the characters in the trailer, we know what sorts of units to expect. All four of them are infantry units. Robin wields a red tome. Emmeryn comes bearing a colorless staff. Lissa uses a green axe. Finally, the Robin and Chrom duo unit use a blue tome. The video did reveal that the child version of Frederick will be a cavalry unit, however.

Every year, Fire Emblem Heroes gets a banner with child versions of existing characters. For example, one of the last ones involved folks from Path of Radiance

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for mobile devices, and the Double Vision banner with child versions of Awakening characters runs April 5, 2024, then ends on May 4, 2024.
