Nintendo confirmed the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave characters Cai, Dietrich, Leda, and Theodora will appear in Fire Emblem Heroes mobile game ahead of the September 2026 release of the Switch 2 title. The banner is live today in-game. A free summon event is in effect that lets you pick one of the units for free. The Spark system lets you pick a hero after 40 pulls four times (at 40, 80, 120, and 160 pulls), so you are guaranteed to be able to get each of them. A Forging Bonds: Dagda’s Best event will run September 8-29, 2026 is also available. A new Castle Backdrop is around as well, as well as other bonuses.
Here are the full names and titles of each of the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave characters coming to Fire Emblem Heroes, as well as their English voice actors. I also noted what type of weapon, what color, and what movement type each one has.
- Cai: Child of Ribeira – voiced by Zeno Robinson and is a blue lance, cavalry, Entwined Hero unit.
- Dietrich: Alluring Killer – voiced by Xander Mobus and is a red sword, infantry, Vista Hero unit.
- Leda: Rose of Caelus – voiced by Katiana Sarkissian and is a colorless bow, infantry, Vista Hero unit.
- Theodora: Mighty Queen – voiced by Shara Kirby and is a blue lance, infantry, Attuned Hero unit.
Both Dietrich and Leda are Vista Heroes. This means the characters have different backgrounds, and a Summoner Support bond developing changes how that looks. You get a Vignette for each Vista hero summon, and that being given to another character increases the unit’s stats by +2 each and changes their background. Older characters can be given up to two Vignettes.

Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave characters are now in Fire Emblem Heroes. Fire Emblem Heroes is on Android and iOS devices. Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave will come to the Switch 2 on September 17, 2026.
