The First Utawarerumono Is Getting A Remake For PS4 and PS Vita; Releases In Japan April 26

Auaplus announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that the very first Utawarerumono title is getting a PS4 and PS Vita remake in Japan this April. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

 

In the new remake, each and every scene has been enhanced with all scenes in HD. The opening movie will also be in high-definition. It’ll come with a “Special Extended Mode” with improved music, and all battles will tkae place on 3D fields.

 

The game’s 9,800 yen Premium Edition comes with an original anime on Blu-ray that shows us Kuon’s childhood, where we’ll see the appearance of many from Tuskuru. It is titled “Tuskuru Imperial Princess’ splendid days.” It’ll also come with an original soundtrack and visual book.

 

The game’s standard edition will go for 6,800 yen, a Trilogy Box edition for 12,000 yen, and an “Aquaplus Limited Box” for 29,800 yen.
