Metal Gear Ac!d director Shinta Nojiri left Kojima Productions with a handful of staff to work on NeverDead. One of the ideas the ex-Kojima Production staff came up with was the healing mechanism. The he can lose his limbs – arms, legs, and even his head, but since he’s immortal he won’t die. Limbs can be collected and reattached on the battlefield.

While former Kojima Production staff are contributing to NeverDead’s concept, Rebellion (Aliens vs. Predator and Judge Dredd: Dredd vs. Death) is the developer. NeverDead is in development for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
