In Freaky Awesome, Touching Enemy Corpses Causes Powerful Mutations

Freaky Awesome is an action game for up to four players, one where they can heal damage by touching enemies’ dead bodies. However, making contact with corpses will also cause mutations that will grant new strength and change up how the player plays the game.

Freaky Awesome sends players to various generated environments filled with enemies. Depending on which enemies they kill and whether they step on their bodies, they’ll change shape, attacking in new ways or gaining new powers depending on which creature’s body they come in contact with.

Players may wish to take care as they take on new powers, as death is permanent in Freaky Awesome. Should they continue to mutate and survive each new change, they’ll find loot, hidden items, and deadly enemies, all while their actions lead to different endings.

Players will be able to explore the extent of their mutations in August of this year when the game releases. In the meantime, Freaky Awesome, is raising votes on Steam Greenlight.
